Etkinliğin açılış konuşmasını yapan Uluslararası Makarna
Organizasyonu (IPO) Başkanı Carl Zunelli, İstanbul’un Dünya Carl Zunelli, President of the International Pasta Organisation
Makarna Günü için en uygun şehirlerden biri olduğunu (IPO), delivered the opening speech of the event, stating that
