Dear Flour Industrialists, Esteemed Sector Stakeholders,

I deeply feel the honor and responsibility of being chosen to serve as President of the Turkish Flour Industrialists Federation. As I assume this important role, I extend my gratitude to all our previous presidents and executives who have carried us to this day.

The flour industry is not merely a production area; it is a strategic sector that directly impacts our country's agriculture, employment, exports, and, most importantly, our people's tables. Our global presence is a result of the vision and hard work we have collectively demonstrated. In the coming period, we will focus on increasing the competitiveness of our sector, expanding into new markets, embracing technological transformation, and projects that will inspire younger generations, guided by the principles of transparency, cooperation, and sustainability. We will maintain a collaborative approach of producing and growing together with all our members. We will act with a participatory management approach, listening to every opinion, and acting with shared wisdom.

As the Turkish Flour Industrialists Federation, we feel great pride and responsibility in representing a sector that has brought abundance to our tables for years. We will work day and night to combine the ancient production traditions of these lands with modern technology and the needs of our time. Our vision is clear: to transform the Turkish flour industry into a globally competitive, sustainable, and innovative structure, and to maintain our country's leading position in global flour exports. Toward this goal, we not only produce but also aim to pioneer a transformation centered on quality, environmental awareness, and R&D.

Of course, this leadership achievement was made possible through the efforts of all our producers, exporters, and employees dedicated to our sector. We know that success is built by working together. On this path, your contributions, suggestions, and support will always be our most valuable guide. We look to the future with hope and continue to work together for a stronger, more innovative, and more sustainable flour industry.
