He Born on October 28, 1984, Tekbaş graduated from Selçuk University's Faculty of Business Administration. Having started working at Tekbaş Flour Inc. since his student years, Tekbaş was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Central Anatolia Flour Industrialists Association and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Flour Industrialists Federation (TUSAF) in 2022. He continued his role as President of the Central Anatolia Flour Industrialists Association (OAUSD) in the 2025-2028 term and was elected as a member of the TUSAF Board of Directors for the same term. He is married with two children.
