He was born in Kırıkkale in 1970. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Kırıkkale. He served as the Chairman of the Kırıkkale Commodity Exchange Assembly between 2011 and 2015 and has served in various civil society organizations. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Anatolian Flour Industrialists' Association since 2022, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Flour Industrialists' Federation between 2022 and 2025, and as a member of the Board of Directors of TUSAF between 2025 and 2028. As a third-generation grandfather, he continues his career at Tosunlar Flour Inc. He is married with three children.
