He Born in Balıkesir in 1969, MADAK completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Balıkesir. He is married with two children. He has been serving the flour industry as a flour industrialist since 1989. He is the Chairman of the Board of Madak Flour Industry and Trade Ltd. He speaks fluent English. Since 2022, he has been providing factory and warehousing services in the Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone. He also serves on the boards of numerous non-governmental organizations and the Balıkesir Chamber of Industry. As of 2025, he has served as the Chairman of the Board of the Aegean Flour Industrialists Association and as a member of the Board of the Turkish Flour Industrialists Federation (TUSAF).
