He Born in 1989, Tezcan completed his primary education with Tevfik Fikret and his high school education at İzmir Atatürk High School. After graduating from Bilkent University's Department of Industrial Engineering, he completed his master's degree in Business Administration and Marketing at King's College London and the University of East Anglia. He serves as General Manager of Tezcan Flour Factory and Vice Chairman of the Board of Tezcan Group of Companies. He also serves as Vice President of the Aegean Flour Industrialists' Association and a Board Member of the Turkish Flour Industrialists' Federation. He is married with three children.
