INGREDIENTS
- 3 water glasses of flour
- 100 g margarine
- 1 coffee cup of milk
- 1 egg white
- some yeast
- 1 water glass of ground hazelnut
- ½ water glass of granulated sugar
- 1 slice of inside stale bread
- 1 soup spoon of raisin
- 1 tea spoon of cinnamon
- 1 tea spoon of allspice
PREPARATION
Put 3 water glasses of flour, 100 g margarine, 1 coffee cup of milk and 1 egg in a deep plate. Melt a pinch of yeast in warm water and then add into the other ingredients. Knead dough and cover it with wet cloth. Make it rest for an hour. Mix 1 water glass of ground hazelnut, ½ water glass of granulated sugar, 1 tea spoon of cinnamon and 1 tea spoon of allspice in somewhere else. Chip lemon size pieces. Roll out the dough. Put the ingredient mixture prepared on the middle of the dough. Then, wrap up in roller shape and curl it semi lunar shape. After that, sprinkle ground hazelnut. Finally, cook it in the 180oC preheated oven and serve.
