For dough:

  • 1 water glass of oil
  • 1 water glass of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • Half tea glass of vinegar
  • Salt
  • Flour (how much is necessary)
  • 1 package of starch
  • 400 g walnut
  • 125 g margarine
  • 250 g butter

For sorbe:

  • 1,5 kg sugar
  • 1,7 liters of water


Knead soft dough by using the dough ingredients given above and wait the dough for half an hour. Put the walnuts in the rondo. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Moreover, divide ach piece into 15 walnut size pieces. Make the pieces bigger by adding starch on them. Put all of them on each other. Make them larger by using a roller pin. Sprinkle walnut on each piece. After that, cut them in any shape you’d like. Melt butter and margarine and pour it on the baklava. Cook it in an oven. Sorbe should blow for almost an hour over a low heat. Pour the sorbe which is in hot on cold baklava dough.
