Poğaça (Palm Size Buns with or without Filling)INGREDIENTS

  • 1 water glass of yoghurt
  • 1 dessert spoon of wet brewer’s yeast
  • 1,5 water glasses of oil (half is margarine and half is olive oil)
  • 1 egg (egg white for dough, egg yolk for lay on the upper surface)
  • Salt
  • Flour (how much is necessary)
  • 500 g of feta cheese
  • A half bunch of dill, parsley



PREPARATION

Pulverize the yeast with yoghurt. Add salt, egg white and oil and mix them. Add flour step by step until you have soft flour. After you knead the dough, separate it into small pieces. Cover them with a cloth and wait in warm environment until leaven of the dough by fermentation. Later, roll out the dough pieces on your palm and add some of the mixture of cheese, dill and, parsley and close them. Place them on a tray. Lay the egg yolk on the upper surface. Cook them in an oven over a medium heat and serve.
