AçmaINGREDIENTS

  • 2 pieces of bread dough (from bread bakery)
  • 1 water glass of milk
  • 1 water glass of oil
  • 1 tea glass of granulated sugar
  • ½ dessert spoon of salt
  • Flour (how much is necessary)
  • Sesame
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 package of margarine (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup of grated cheese and grated olive

PREPARATION

After you put the dough from the bakery into a deep plate, add milk, oil, granulated sugar and then knead dough. Wait in warm environment for half an hour. Chip pieces which are a little bigger than walnut and roll out them with your hand. Then, put 1 dessert spoon of margarine and grated cheese or grated olive (if you’d like to) into the dough pieces. Later, wrap them up and give them roller shape and make a circle with it. Place them on the tray and wait there for 15 minutes before cooking. Lay on the pieces egg yolk and sprinkle sesame. Cook in 180oC preheated oven and serve.
