PişiINGREDIENTS

  • 3 water glasses of water
  • 1 table spoon of oil
  • 1 dessert spoon of salt
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • Flour (how much is necessary)
  • Oil (for frying)




PREPARATION

Melt the yeast by putting it in warm water. Add salt and oil and then mix. Add flour gradually and knead dough which slightly sticks to the hand. Wait the fermentation of the dough for almost 2 hours. Put some oil in a deep plate and use it to Grease your hand. Chip orange size pieces from the dough and slim it with greased hand. Fry the thinner shaped dough pieces in hot oil. (You can sop in sesame before frying)
