Flower BreadINGREDIENTS

  • 1 water glass of warm milk
  • 1 water glass of warm water
  • 3 dessert spoons of dry yeast
  • 2 dessert spoons of sugar
  • 2 tea spoons of salt
  • 2 table spoons of oil
  • Flour (how much is necessary)



PREPARATION

Mix warm water, warm milk, dry yeast and sugar. Wait them in warm environment for the dough to be puffed up. Add some amount of flour and salt. Then, open the middle of the dough and add inside the mixture of oil and yeast. Knead and add necessary amount of flour until you have dough which does not stick to your hand. Wait in warm environment to be puffed up. After that, give it shape and wait again for 10-15 more minutes. Lay the egg yolk on it and sprinkle sesame and some water. Finally cook in 190oC preheated oven until the outer surface is reddened and serve.
